Oncotech, Inc., based in Tustin, California, is an innovative oncology company, which provides state of
the art molecular oncology laboratory services to assist physicians in the care and management of their
cancer patients. To date, Oncotech Clinical Laboratory Division has performed oncology services
for approximately 80,000 cancer patients from over 1,000 hospitals throughout the nation and

Oncotech's integrated drug development services provides information and insight to enable
innovative pharmaceutical companies to conduct smaller, more focused and successful clinical
trials, thereby reducing the costs and time required to gain FDA approval and move
product to market.
